摘  要:目的了解上海市宝山区野外中华按蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,为制定按蚊防治策略提供依据。方法用WHO推荐的成蚊滤纸接触筒法测定上海市宝山区野外中华按蚊成蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、杀螟硫磷和仲丁威5种杀虫剂的抗性。结果 0.05%溴氰菊酯、0.25%高效氯氰菊酯、0.75%氯菊酯、1.00%杀螟硫磷和0.10%仲丁威对上海市宝山区野外中华按蚊的1 h击倒率分别为6.67%、54.24%、6.00%、3.33%和8.77%,24 h死亡率分别为18.33%、37.29%、30.00%、16.67%和40.35%。结论上海市宝山区的野外中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、杀螟硫磷以及仲丁威的抗药性均已达到高抗性级别。Objective To determine the resistance of An. sinensis to commonly used insecticides in Baoshan District of Shanghai and provide evidence for its control. Methods The filter paper contact method recommend by WHO was used in the bioassay. Results The mortality rates of An. sinensis 24 h after the treatment with 0. 05% deltamethrin,0. 25% cypermethrin,0. 75% permethrin,1. 00% fenitrothion and 0. 10% fenobucarb were 18. 33%,37. 29%,30. 00%,16. 67% and 40. 35%,respectively. The knock-down rates of An. sinensis after 60 min were 6. 67%,54. 24%,6. 00%,3. 33% and 8. 77%,respectively. Conclusion Anopheles sinensis developed high resistance to deltamethrin,cypermethrin,permethrin,fenitrothion and fenobucarb in Baoshan District of Shanghai.
