166例面部皮炎患者临床及致病因素分析

摘　　要：对166例面部皮炎患者进行问卷调查,部分患者行皮肤斑贴试验与点刺试验。其中,女性（138例）多于男性（28例）,年龄2~89岁,平均（30＋12）岁;春季发病率为3.85%,高于夏季（0.56%）、秋季（0.84%）和冬季（3.33%）;接触性皮炎与激素依赖性皮炎是面部皮炎最常见的类型,分别占30.7%和21.1%;皮肤斑贴试验和点刺试验的阳性率分别为69.05%、72.22%,是寻找致敏原的有效方法。Questionnaire survey of clinical features and the etiological factors was performed in 166 pa- tients with facial dermatitis （FD）. 130 patients were female, and 28 patients were male. The patients aged from 2 to 89 years old and the average age was （30± 12） years old.The incidence rate in the spring was 3.85%, which was higher than that in summer （ 0.56% ）, autumn （0.84%） and winter （3.33%）. Contact dermatitis （30.7%） and hormone dependent dermatitis （21.1%） were common types. Positive rates of PT and SPT were 69.05% and 72.22%, which were effective methods to find the allergens.
