改良Altemeier术联合肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂35例疗效观察

摘　　要：为探讨改良Altemeier术联合肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂的临床效果，回顾我科2008年1月至2014年10月采用该法治疗的35例完全性直肠脱垂患者资料，就手术效果进行分析。结果显示，本组35例患者治疗效果均满意。术后住院时间3～18d，平均7d。术后下腹不适及坠胀5例（14．3％），术后出血4例（11．4％），吻合口轻度狭窄1例（2．9％）。术后随访9～60个月（平均30个月），失访2例，其余33例均未复发。结果表明，改良Altemeier术联合肛门紧缩术治疗完全性直肠脱垂的临床疗效确切，安全可靠。This study was to explore the clinical efficacy of modified Altemeier procedure combined with anal contraction for treating complete rectal prolapse; analyzed retrospectively the operation efficacy of 35 cases with this disease who admitted in authors＂ hospital from Jan.2008 to Oct.2014 and adopted the abovementioned therapy.As results, 35 cases in this group all got satisfactory efficacy.The hospital stays after operation was 3-18 d,7d on average.After operation, discomfort and tenesmus of hypogastric region were in 5 cases （14.3%） ;bleeding was in 4 cases （11.4%） ;mild stoma stenosis was in 1 case （2.9%）.Follow-up after operation was 9-60 months （30 months on average）;2 cases lost follow-up;the other ,33 cases were all found no recurrence.Results show that above-mentioned therapy for treating complete rectal prolapse hascertain clinical effect,which is safe and reliable.
