丹连消痤面膜对兔耳痤疮抗角化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察丹连消痤面膜对兔耳痤疮的改善作用,为临床治疗痤疮提供依据。方法:取36只雄性兔按体质量编号后,随机分为:正常对照组,模型对照组,阳性药对照组,丹连消痤面膜高、中、低3个剂量组。除正常组外,其余各组兔参考Kligman法建立兔耳痤疮模型,造模后的各组兔耳分别涂抹相应药物,每d1次,连续2 W。肉眼及光镜观察各组兔耳变化。结果:模型组兔耳表面粗糙,可见粉刺、丘疹,且光镜下组织学改变与人类痤疮相似。给药2 W后,阳性组及丹连消痤面膜各剂量组可见粉刺、丘疹消退;光镜可见各组兔耳不同程度的上皮变薄,皮脂腺、毛囊开口及腔内上皮增生减轻等改变。结论:丹连消痤面膜对兔耳痤疮模型皮损及病理形态的改善具有良好的效果。Objective： To provide effective reference for clinical treatment by observing improvement effect of Danlian Xiaocuo Facial Mask on acne in rabbits＇ ears. Methods： 36 male rabbits were labeled based on individual weight and then randomly divided into different groups： normal group,model group,positive medicine group,and Danlian Xiaocuo Facial Mask groups with different dose（ high,middle and low）. Except for the normal group,rabbits in the other groups were constructed by the Kligman＇s method,then the ears of the rabbits in each group were coated with the corresponding drugs,once a day for two weeks. The changes of ear skin lesion were observed with naked eye and optical microscope. Results： The surface of rabbits＇ ears of the model group became rougher,and the comedones and papules were also visible,the histopathologic changes were similar to those of human acne under the observation by light microscope. After the drug application for two weeks,the comedones and papules disappeared in the positive medicine group and the Danlian Xiaocuo Facial Mask groups.Histopathologic observations showed that thickness of rabbits＇ ears epithelium tended to thin in the treatment groups,in addition,proliferation of sebaceous glands,opening of hair follicle and epithelium hyperplasia were also inhibited significantly. Conclusion ： Danlian Xiaocuo Facial Mask had significant therapeutic effect in improving epithelial tissues damage of rabbits＇ ears and histopathological changes.
