高校公共事业管理专业人才培养模式构建——美国服务学习的成功经验借鉴

摘　　要：公共事业管理专业的目标定位与现实挑战,需要构建适合的人才培养模式。服务学习作为一种教育模式和学习方式,倡导学用结合的教育理念,旨在培养学生公民意识、养成社会责任感、服务社区发展、加深对理论知识的理解。服务学习作为一种有效的教育模式,可以为公共事业管理专业人才培养构建提供借鉴。The goal of public utility management locate and the challenge of reality, need to build a suitable model of talent cultivation. Service learning as a kind of education mode and learning style, advocating guidance with combine educational ideas, aims to develop student＇s citizen consciousness, develop social responsibility, a sense of community service development, deepen the understanding of theoretical knowledge. Since the establishment of the public utility management specialty, we have been exploring practical talents training mode in order to cultivate the applied talents to meet the needs of the society. As an effective education model, service learning can be used as a reference for the construction of public service management professionals.
