摘　　要：为了庆祝中东铁路修筑25周年,1923年,由Е·Х·尼鲁斯担任主编的《中东铁路沿革史(1896—1923)》(第一卷)于哈尔滨正式出版,第二卷处于手稿状态。《中东铁路沿革史(1896—1923)》主要记述了中东铁路修筑的起因和过程、中东铁路经营的发展历史、中东铁路对中国东北区域的影响、中国东北区域国际关系的变化对中东铁路的影响和中东铁路附属机构的设置与活动等。《中东铁路沿革史(1896—1923)》是俄国学者出版的第一部大篇幅全面综合、系统研究中东铁路的通史性著作,具有重要学术与史料价值。To mark the 25 th anniversary of the Middle East railway building, in 1923, by Е Х.Ruth as editor in chief of the evolution history of the Middle East railway（1896-1923）（volume 1） officially published in Harbin,the second volume in a state of the manuscript. The evolution history of the Middle East railway（ 1896-1923）,mainly describes the causes and process of middle east railway construction, the development history of middle east railway operation, the Middle East rail impact on China＇s northeast area, the change of international relations in northeast China area to the influence of the railway in the Middle East and the Middle East railway subsidiary Settings and activities, etc. The evolution history of the Middle East railway（ 1896-1923）, ＂ Russian scholars published the first large-scale comprehensive integrated, the Middle East railway, a comprehensive system research work, has the important academic and historical value.
