护理学研究生对科研诚信态度的研究

摘　　要：目的:调查护理学研究生对科研诚信及科研不端行为的态度,为今后在研究生中开展科研诚信教育、改善研究生的科研诚信状况提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样法选择220名护理学研究生进行问卷调查。结果:202名(91.8%)研究生认为科研诚信非常重要或重要;220名护理学研究生对科研诚信的关注度总分为(13.30±3.61)分,一年级、未接受过科研诚信培训、在非核心期刊发表过文章较在核心期刊发表过文章的研究生对科研诚信的关注度较低(P<0.05);研究生认为科研不端行为主要影响研究者所在学术领域的威信(4.45±0.79)、他人对研究者的信任度(4.45±0.78)及个人学术声誉(4.44±0.74);认为导致科研不端行为的主要原因是缺乏学术监督(77.7%)、社会环境影响(77.3%)、研究生科研能力不足(74.1%)、研究生自身价值取向偏离、学术道德缺陷(62.3%)、学术量化评价的缺陷(61.4%)。结论:护理学研究生已意识到科研诚信的重要性,但其科研诚信教育有待进一步加强,以提高研究生对科研诚信的关注度和对科研不端行为所致不良影响的认识。形成科研诚信文化氛围、完善学术监督与评价机制、强化研究生的综合素质是提高研究生科研诚信状况的重要保障。Objective： To investigate graduate nursing students＇ attitude towards research integrity and research misconduct. Methods： Totally 220 graduate nursing students were recruited conveniently and surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire. Results： Most of the graduate students （91.8%） thought research integrity were important or very important. The total score of attention level on research integrity was （13.30±3.61）. The attention levels of the first year graduate students and the students who had never published papers in key journals or never received research integrity training were low （P〈0.05）. The graduate students thought that research misconduct mainly affected the prestige of the researcher＇s academic field （4.45±0.79）, public＇s faith on researchers （4.45±0.78） and the researcher＇s academic reputation （4.44±0.74）. They considered the lack of the academic supervision （77.7%）, influence of social environment （77.3%）, insufficient research ability （74.1%）, defect of academic morality （62.3%） and the quantitative evaluation of research （61.4%） as the main causes of research misconduct. Conclusion： Graduate nursing students have realized the importance of research integrity. However, further education is needed to improve graduate students＇ attention level on research integrity and recognition of research misconduct. Creating research integrity atmosphere, improving academic supervision and evaluation mechanism, and strengthening comprehensive quality of graduate students are necessary for improving the research integrity of graduate students.
