摘　　要：采用硅溶胶或水玻璃制壳是一种精密铸造工艺，在艺术铸造行领域用获得了广泛的应用。在生产实践中，这两种制壳工艺可以确保艺术铸件的表面质量，提高艺术铸件的成品率，有效降低生产成本。结合多年的制壳工艺实践，简要介绍了艺术铸造中采用硅溶胶和水玻璃复合制壳的工艺方法。Fabrication of shell mould with silicon sol or sodium silicate is a precision casting practice, and is commonly used in art casting ifeld. In the actual production, the two procedures of fabricating shell mould may cause the surface quality to be ensured, the pass rate to be raised, and the production cost to be reduced for the art castings. On the basis of actual shell mould production over the years, a composite fabricating of shell mould with silicon sol and sodium silicate was brielfy introduced.
