摘　　要：目的归纳总结省级妇幼卫生信息系统建设和应用的经验。方法对信息系统建设背景、建设思路、功能模块设置和推广应用效果等进行综合梳理、归纳和分析。结果广东省级妇幼卫生信息系统应用覆盖全省,功能模块以保健服务需求为导向,内容涵盖出生医学证明、儿童保健、婚前孕期保健、孕产期保健、妇女保健、妇幼项目、妇幼直报等业务管理,模块间互联共享,外部共享机制和系统运行环境灵活有效。结论广东省级妇幼卫生信息系统具有保健和临床相结合的突出特点,能够满足妇幼保健服务和监管的双重需要,具有较好的推广应用价值。Objective To summarize the experience of construction and application of maternal and children health care information system （MCHCIS） of Guangdong Province （GD）. Methods Sorted and analyzed the background, principles, function module and application effectiveness of MCHCIS of GD. Results The application of MCHCIS of GD was already covered Guangdong Province, the function module of the MCHCIS based on the needs of maternal and children health care. The contents of MCCIS contained the service management of birth medical certification, children health care, marriage medical examination, maternal health care, women health care, public health project, cases and forms reporting system. The different function module of MCHCIS could be shared and exchanged, and the system supported to exchange data between different information systems and worked under different web servers. Conclusion MCHCIS of GD was achieved the integrated management of health care and clinic services of maternal and children, and was fulfilled the both needs of health care service and supervise. The system had a good application effect.
