摘  要:在传统同步发电机自励装置残压起励原理的基础上,设计了一种残压起励控制器。在发电机输出电压大于3.5 V时,使发电机迅速建压,最终进入发电机的稳定励磁调节状态,维持发电机输出电压的稳定。文中介绍了残压起励控制器电源和控制部分电路的原理,并进行了模拟试验,试验结果表明了该残压起励控制器有效性。According to the principle of traditional synchro generator with self excitation device, a controller with residual voltage exciting is designed, which makes the generator's voltage buildup fast when the output voltage is more than 3.5 V, and comes into the steady state of excitation regulate to keep the output voltage stable. The principle of the power of residual voltage exciting controller and the circuit of controller part is introduced, and simulated experiments are made. Test results prove the validity of the residual voltage exciting controller.
