摘　　要：警务督察制度实施以来的实践证明,警务督察制度是行之有效的监督制度。当前警务督察制度仍然存在着诸如机构设置不合理,督察职能界定不明确,具体督察工作还存在一定的随机性等问题。这些问题的根本原因是思想认识存在偏差,导致对建立司法行政系统督察制度的必要性和重要性的认识不足,民警认识模糊,接受督察意识淡薄。通过加强理论研究,合理界定警务督察职能,转变督察工作方式,加强队伍建设来解决上述问题。The practice of police supervision since the system was implemented shows that the system is effective.There are still some randomness and other issues in the current police supervision system,for example,the institution is yet unreasonable,the supervision function is ill-defined,the particular inspect is casual. The root cause of these problems is the existence of ideological bias and lack of understanding the necessity and the importance of supervision system. We can solve the above problems by strengthening theoretical study,reasonably defining the functions of the police supervision,transformation of supervision work,and strengthening the team construction.
