摘　　要：黑棘皮病(Anthosis Nigricans,AN)是一种以皮肤色素增加、天鹅绒样增厚、角化过度、疣状增殖为特征的少见皮肤病,主要表现为颈后、腋窝、腹股沟等部位的皮肤色素沉着,且呈天鹅绒样突起[1],严重者可延及全身。AN患者多身体肥胖,胰岛素抵抗严重且胰岛素抵抗指数升高,但AN的糖代谢异常与肥胖患者相比却相对较轻[2]。Pseudo Acanthosis Nigricans has skin pigmentation, velvet like thickening, horn is changed excessive, washing like pro- liferation,is a rare skin disease of the characteristics, mainly for the neck, armpits, groin and other parts of the skin pigment calm, and a velvet like processes is abstract： acanthosis nigricans （anthosis nigricans an, serious person can extend to the whole body. AN patients have more body fat, insulin resistance, and insulin resistance index increased, but the abnormal glucose metabolism of AN and obese patients are relatively light. I have the honor to follow the teacher learning, Wang Shiceng dialectical application of elimi- nating dampness and heat, tonifying the liver and kidney method treatment of a case of false black thorn skin disease patients, the effect is good, now this case analysis, hope is helpful to clinical work to the disease understanding and provide a reference for the fu ture treatment of the disease.
