中药熏蒸配合推拿侧扳法治疗可回纳外侧型腰间盘突出症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏蒸配合推拿侧扳法治疗可回纳外侧型腰间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取60例可回纳外侧型腰间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序分为对照组与治疗组各30例,对照组患者采用单纯推拿侧扳法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用中药熏蒸治疗,观察比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的MacNab治疗优良率明显高于对照组,临床症状、体征改善情况优于对照组,McGill疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸配合推拿侧扳法治疗可回纳外侧型腰间盘突出症疗效较佳,可促进症状、体征的改善,提高患者的舒适度,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the efficacy of herbal fumigation combined with massage therapy c in the Treatment of Extreme Lateral Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc. Methods. 60 patients, according to the sequence of admission, was randomly divided into 2 groups, each with 30 cases in each, while the control group only received simple massage side pulls the law treatment, treatment group in the control Group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment, analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results： treatment group macnab treatment the excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that of the con- trol group, clinical symptoms and signs improve was significantly better than the control group. After treatment, the McGill pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, significant statistical differences. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with massage side pulls the law treatment can be to lateral lumbar disc herniation is better, promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,improve patient comfort and should be popularized.
