摘 要:本项目根据预制装配式建筑全产业链的需求,基于自主BIM平台,开展预制装配式建筑设计、生产、运输和施工各环节协同工作关键技术研究,建立基于BIM的预制装配式建筑全流程集成应用体系,并进行工程示范应用。通过本项目实施,完成自主知识产权装配式建筑BIM平台、软件、系统及标准,为装配式建筑全过程应用提供技术支撑。项目充分挖掘BIM技术信息集成优势,提高预制装配式建筑设计效率20%以上,降低80%的拼装检测的人工量,降低工程成本,产生明显的社会经济效益,从而促进建筑产业化的可持续发展。According to the demand of the whole industry chain of prefabricated building,and based on the independent BIM platform,this project carries out the key technology research on the collaborative work of the prefabricated building design,production,transport and construction,establishes the BIM-based whole process application system of the prefabricated building,and applies it to the demonstration project application. Through the implementation of this project,independent intellectual property BIM platform,software,systems and standards are developed to provide technical support for the whole process application of the prefabricated building. The project fully explores the advantages of BIM technology information integration,improves design efficiency by more than20%,and reduces 80% manual test and measurement,greatly reduces engineering cost,which has obvious social and economic benefits and promotes the sustainable development of the construction industry.
