摘 要:以中温沥青为原料,采用热聚合方法制备中间相炭微球。利用扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪、偏光显微镜、热重分析和红外光谱等表征手段对炭微球形成及结构进行研究,结果表明:中温沥青具有芳香结构,在热聚合过程中存在热解、聚合、取向、结构重排等,在400℃条件下,炭微球形成为一次生长成型,不同聚合时间对炭微球的形貌和尺寸影响不大,可得到粒度分布均匀、具有一定光学特征的中间相炭微球。Mesophase carbon microbeads were prepared by thermal polymerization method using medium temperature tar pitch as raw material. The formation and structure of carbon microbeads were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy, X - ray diffraction, polarized light microscopy, thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectroscopy, etc. Results show that pyrolysis, polymerization, orientation, structure rearrangement, etc are produced in the process of thermal polymerization of medium temperature tar with aromatic structure. Under the condition of 400℃, the formation of carbon microbeads is a growth shape, and the different polymerization time has little effect on the morphology and size of the carbon microbeads.Mesophase carbon microbeads with certain optical characteristics and uniform particle size are obtained.
