摘  要:金属油罐常年暴露在自然条件下,受到各种腐蚀介质的侵蚀,不仅影响使用寿命,而且容易带来安全隐患。鉴于石墨烯优异的导电性能,本文将石墨烯加入到双组分环氧防腐涂料中,制成石墨烯基防腐涂料,通过空白对照实验,证明了石墨烯的加入能提高涂料的防腐性能。通过正交设计试验,探究涂料组分对涂料性能的影响,根据涂料的附着力、耐水性、耐腐蚀性能进行评价,优化了石墨烯环氧防腐涂料的配方。the metal tank exposed to natural conditions all year round, by a variety of corrosive media erosion, not only affect the life, but also easy to bring security risks. In view of the excellent conductivity of graphene, graphene added to the two-component epoxy anticorrosive coatings, graphene based coatings made by the control experiments proved that graphene added can improve the antieorrosive performance of the coatings. Through orthogonal design test, the influence of coating composition on coating performance was tested, and the formulation of epoxy anticorrosive coating was optimized based on the adhesion, water resistance and corrosion resistance of coating.
