摘 要:采用混合溶剂法对煤焦油沥青进行净化精制处理以脱除其中的喹啉不溶物(QI),作为制备高性能针状焦的原料。考察了溶剂配比(芳脂比)、溶剂用量(溶剂比)对精制沥青中QI含量和收率的影响,采用溶剂抽提的方法对煤沥青的族组分分布进行了分析测定,构建了芳脂比和溶剂比与精制沥青的族组成间的关联关系。结果表明:在实验条件下,当芳脂比为0.2、溶剂比为2:1时,精制沥青中QI含量达到最低。精制沥青中的重组分HI-TS和TI-QS的含量与煤沥青中的QI含量随溶液芳脂比和溶剂比的变化趋势相一致。Purification treatment to remove the quinoline insoluble particles(QI) in coal tar pitch by using mixed solution- sedimentation method, as the preparation of high performance needle coke raw materials. The effects of the ratio of aromatic solvent to aliphatic solvent (the ratio of aromatic solvent to aliphatic solvent), amount of solvent (the ratio of the solvent to coal tar pitch) on the QI content and yield of refined coal tar pitch were investigated,and the analysis of the group composition analysis were used to determine and characterize. The relationship between the ratio of wash oil to kerosene and the ratio of solvent to coal tar on distribution of group component of refined coal tar pitch(CTP) was constructed. The results showed that Under the experimental conditions, when the ratio of wash oil to kerosene was 0.2 and the solvent ratio was 2:1, the QI content in the refined CTP was the lowest. The content of HI-TS and TI-QS and the content of QI in the refined CTP were consistent with the change of he ratio of wash oil to kerosene and the solvent ratio.
