摘 要:通过对广西村镇生活垃圾特点的分析,结合水泥窑处置生活垃圾技术现状,提出了一种将村镇生活垃圾进行一定处理,然后随三次风直接喷入分解炉的水泥窑协同处置新模式。试验表明:80 t/d的掺烧范围内,用该模式处置村镇生活垃圾对水泥窑工况、水泥熟料品质以及窑尾污染物排放的影响不明显,处置效果可以达到"减量化、无害化、资源化"的目标,并且工艺简单、投资成本低,为村镇生活垃圾的处置提供了一条新途径。Based on the analysis of domestic waste features of towns and villages in Guangxi, and present situation of disposal technology using NSP ( new suspension preheater) kiln, a new model was put forward. The domestic waste was sprayed into preheater with the tertiary air after a simple preprocessing. The experiment results showed that: there was no obvious effect on the operation of kiln, the quality of clinker and the emission of pollutants from the stack with this new model when the co-incinerating quantity was within the limits of 80 t/d. At the same time, the goal,“reduction, harmless, resources”, was achieved. It also was of the advantages of simple process, low cost and thus provides a new approach for the disposal of domestic waste.
