摘  要:目的建立连续流动分析仪测定饮用水中高锰酸钾指数的分析方法。方法通过绘制标准曲线、测量检出限、精密度、准确度、回收率、测量结果与国家标准方法(GB/T 5750.7—2006)进行比较。结果标准曲线相关系数为0.999 2,线性范围为1.0 mg/L^10.0 mg/L;方法的检出限为0.028 mg/L;精密度为0.43%~1.77%;实际水样加标回收率为102%~108%;测定国家有证标准物质,测量值在其保证值范围内;该法测量结果与国家标准法测量结果比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.01<t(0.01/5)=4.03,P>0.05)。结论连续流动分析仪测定饮用水中高锰酸盐指数的检出限低,准确度高,线性范围宽,且更高效,操作简单,试剂消耗量小,在大批量样品分析中具有显著优势。Objective To establish a method for the determination of potassium permanganate index in drinking water by continuous flow analysis( CFA). Methods The detection results with this method was compare with national standard methods( GB / T5750. 7—2006) by drawing standard curve,measuring the detection limit,precision,accuracy,recovery. Results The correlation coefficient was 0. 999 2,and the linear range was within 1. 0 mg / L-10. 0 mg / L. The detection limit was 0. 028 mg / L.The precision was within 0. 43%-1. 77%. The recovery rate was within 102%-108%. The certified reference material was detected and the results were within the guaranteed value. There was no statistical significance on the difference of results between with this method and with the national standard method( t = 0. 01 〈 t( 0. 01/5)= 4. 03,P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The CFA had a low detection limit,high accuracy,wide linear range in the detection of potassium permanganate in drinking water,and it was more efficient,easier on operation with low cost of regeant,and has a significant advantage in the analysis of large batch of samples.
