摘  要:目的了解浙江省集中空调通风系统卫生状况,以及公共场所集中空调卫生检测中存在的问题。方法 2009年-2014年(2010年除外)对全省11个地市及义乌市的196家公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生指标检测。结果不同年份之间新风量合格率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.684,P=0.018),送风各类指标中,送风中PM10、送风中真菌总数以及送风中β-溶血性链球菌在不同年份间差异有统计学意义(χ~2值分别为162.108、15.742、11.228,P〈0.05);风管内表面卫生指标中,风管表面积尘量、风管表面真菌总数在不同年份的合格率逐年上升且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论集中空调通风系统污染情况不容乐观,希望场所能做好空调系统的日常卫生管理和清洗工作,配合卫生检测人员定期对空调系统的检测,保证空调系统运行期间室内空气品质。Objective To investigate the hygiene situation of central air conditioning ventilation system and to find out the problems in the determination of public health central air conditioning. Methods During 2009-2014( except 2010),the hygiene index of 196 air conditioning ventilation systems in public places were detected in 11 cities and Yiwu in Zhejiang. Results There was statistical significance on the differences of passing rate in air change flow among different years( χ2= 13. 684,P =0. 018),so was there in PM10,aerobic fungi count and β-hemolytic streptococcus count( χ2= 162. 108,15. 742,11. 228,P 〈 0. 05). The total dusts and fungi count on the surfaces of air pipes increased with year,and the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Pollution in central air conditioning ventilation system is critical. It is recommended to complete the sanitary control and regular overhaul,and hygiene inspectors,so as to ensure the indoor air quality of air-conditioning system.
