公共场所中洗手液使用现状及其卫生质量分析

摘　　要：目的了解某市部分宾馆饭店使用的洗手液卫生状况。方法于2014年-2015年对某市部分宾馆饭店库房未开封原包装、卫生间容器内使用的以及市场销售的3类洗手液进行卫生质量检测及评价,且就相关问题进行消费者问卷及采样现场调查。结果在公共场所,90.5%的消费者选择洗手液,8.2%的消费者选择香皂,1.3%为其他方式。调查20家宾馆饭店发现,仅有1家洗手液有专人管理,3家用洗发液代替洗手液。6家不能提供购买的洗手液生产厂家的生产和卫生许可证,且未标注生产日期和保质期,而正规市场销售的洗手液不存在上述情况。130件被检样品理化指标均符合《化妆品卫生规范》2007年版的限量要求,合格率为100.0%。宾馆饭店使用液合格率为64.4%,原液合格率为83.3%;市场销售液合格率为100.0%。结论商场出售的洗手液全都符合卫生质量要求;部分宾馆饭店洗手液存在管理问题且卫生间使用的洗手液微生物污染严重,应引起重视。Objective To investigate the sanitary quality of hand cleaner in some hotels in one city. Methods To exam and evaluate the sanitary quality of packed / toilet / commodity hand cleaner in some hotels in one city from 2014 to 2015,and questionnaire and site sampling survey were conducted to consumers. Results 90. 5% consumers in public use hand cleancer,8. 2% consumers choose soap,1. 3% consumers take other methods. In 20 hotels investigated,only one hotel had staff in charge of the hand cleancer,3 hotels use shampoo as a substitute. 6 hotels could not offer the manufacture and sanitary certificate,they also did not mark the manufacture and guarantee date. Hand cleaner from certified market had no former situation.The physical and chemical parameters of 130 examined cases were accorded with Cosmetic Sanitary Standarization 2007 version,with the qualified rate of 100. 0%,and that was 64. 4% in hotels,83. 3% for packed hand cleaner,100. 0% for commodity from market. Conclusion Hand cleaner commodity from market meet the requirements of sanitary quality; some hotels and restaurants have management problems in hand washing liquid,and the hand washing liquid in toilets is with severe microbial contamination,which should be paid attention to.
