益气温督方治疗强直性脊柱炎对其活动期炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析益气温督方治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果以及对炎症指标的影响。方法选取该院2012年6月‐2015年6月收治的强直性脊柱炎患者80例,按照不同治疗方法分为两组,其中,对照组(常规西药治疗)、治疗组(中药益气温督方治疗)各40例。观察临床疗效,比较患者治疗前后的炎症指标变化。结果治疗组治疗有效36例(90.00%),高于对照组的29例(72.50%);经治疗后患者的红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、评估炎症病情活动指数(BASDAI)及躯体功能指数(BASFI)均明显改善,且治疗组改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气温督方治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切,能够抑制活动期炎症因子,改善患者的症状,值得临床推广。【Objective】To analyze the effect of Chinese medicine of Yiqiwendu in treating ankylosing spondylitis.【Methods】Eighty patients with ankylosing spondylitis admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, which was the control group（routine western medicine treatment） and the treatment group（Chinese medicine of Yiqiwendu treatment）, with 40 cases in each group. The clinical curative effect was observed and the changes of inflammatory indexes before and after treatment were compared.【Results】The treatment was effective in 36 cases（90.00%） in treatment group, which was higher than 29 cases（72.50%） in the control group; erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）, C-reactive protein（CRP）, tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α）, interlukin-6（IL-6）, Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index（BASDAI） score, and Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index（BASFI） score were improved more significantly after treatment in the treatment group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine of Yiqiwendu in treating ankylosing spondylitis is exact, it can inhibit the inflammatory factors in active stage and improve the symptoms of patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
