智能啤酒桶物联网监控系统的设计

摘　　要：为保证啤酒在配送与终端销售中的品质,设计了一种智能啤酒桶。以PIC18F45K22单片机为控制核心,与PT100温度传感器,桥式称重传感器,高精度压力变送器等检测装置配套,可完成对啤酒桶内温度、压力的测量与控制。通过SIM900通信模块向数据库传送数据,连接数据库的信息化服务平台采用ASP.NET进行开发,为用户提供直观的监测与控制平台,操作简单实用。该物联网监控系统,实现对啤酒的配送,销售全过程监控。经长时间试用,完全满足设计要求。In order to ensure the quality of beer in the distribution and terminal sales, a kind of intelligent beer barrel is designed. The hardware of the system consists of PIC18F45K22MCU as the control core, PT100 temperature sensor, bridge type weighing sensor and high precision pressure transmitter. The weight, temperature and pressure in the beer barrel can be measured and controlled. The SIM900 communication module is used to transfer date to the database. The information service platform connected the database is developed with ASP.NET. It is intuitive, simple and practical for users. Then, a internet of things system is developed which can monitor and control the distribution and sales of beer. The system which has been tested for a long time was provided fully meeting the design requirements.
