摘　　要：就当今驾驶员边开车边打电话的所带来的严重后果[],提出了基于行车安全的"易通话"手机平台。该系统利用手机android平台和手机GPS,蓝牙4.0的等功能,实现有选择性的通讯,具有方便携带、功耗低,即保证不漏接每一个重要来电,又能有效地减少因接电话而发生的交通事故。We design a platform ＂easy speaking＂,which is based on security of driving to solve the problem that drivers use cellphone while driving.This platform use android OS and GPS on the phone,bluetooth 4.0.＂easy speaking＂ has low power consumption and portability, it can help drivers to have the conversation selectively.The platform can reduce the risk of missing some important call and the accident because of driving and talking.
