摘　　要：开发了具有独立电源供电的便携式视频记录器,能够对列车车厢内的各种人员流动、物体变化等情况进行记录,并将所有视频数据进行实时存储,为列车车厢内安全事件的分析、研究及应用提供基础数据支持。通过在列车车厢内安装视频记录器,对车厢内部行车状况进行常态化记录,实现了对治安事故隐患的控制,增强了列车上的治安管理能力,符合维护铁路客运安全的需要。We develop aportable video recorder that has an individual power supply which can record human activities and changes of other objects in train compartment.Video data is stored in a real-time manner to provide data support for analysis of security events in train compartment.Through installing video record on the train,normal records of train compartment can be gained to realize security control of potential risks.Moreover,the security management in train is also strengthened.The video recorder could meet the need of maintaining the safety of railway transport.
