摘　　要：目的 帮助及时识别及了解巨R波型ST段抬高的表现及意义.方法 整理8例患者的临床诊断及心电图表现.结果 8例患者的心电图表现至少在V4～V6导联均呈巨R波型ST段抬高,均在住院期间死亡.结论 巨R波型ST段抬高表现,不仅仅见于急性心肌梗死超急性期,还可见于严重脑挫裂伤、脑出血及其他严重的、急性的病变,且死亡率很高.Objective To help timely identify and understand the manifestations and significance of the giant R-wave and ST-segment elevation. Methods Arrange the clinical diagnosis and the patient＇s ECG of 8 cases. Results The ECG showed giant R-wave ST segment elevation at least V4-V6 leads in eight patients,died during hospitalization. Conclusion the giant R-wave ST segment elevation performance was not seen in acute myocardial infarction in hyper acute, but also seen in severe cerebral contusion, brain hemorrhage and other serious acute disease and it has a high mortality rate.
