摘　　要：图书馆资源的开放性与知识产权的专有性,造成了二者之间存在一定矛盾;而图书馆所存在的价值与知识产权的目的属性,又给二者找到了最佳平衡点。论述了两者的辩证关系,以求在保护知识产权所有人利益的同时,最大限度地发挥图书馆资源作用,更好地促进科技进步和社会发展。The openness of library resources and the specificity of intellectual property cause some contradictions between the two, and the value of library＇ s existence and the objective attribute of intellectual property also find the best balance point between the two. This paper discusses the dialectical relationship between the two in order to protect the interests of intellectual property owner＇ and at the same time, maximize the function of library resources to better promote scitech progress and social development.
