摘　　要：通过文献调研,分析了国内外数字资源评价指标体系,经过对比分析,结合对河北经贸大学408位师生的问卷调查,确定评价指标,评价指标包括与高校发展的契合度、资源内容、资源功能和服务商品质4个一级指标,下分12个二级指标,38个三级指标。在确立评价指标体系的基础上,探讨了其优势和存在的不足,为高校图书馆数字资源采购提供参考。This paper analyzes the digital resources evaluation index systems at home and abroad with the method of literature researches, and through the contrastive analysis and connecting with the questionnaire survey on 408 teachers and students of Hebei University of Economics and Business, determines the evaluation indexes, which include 4 first-level indexes of the fitting degree with university development, resource content, resource function and service quality, 12 second-level indexes and 38 third-level indexes, and based on the determination of the evaluation index system, probes into the advantages and disadvantages of these indexes to provide the reference for digital resources procurement of university library.
