摘　　要：介绍了高校图书馆学科服务的发展阶段及主要内容,从情报分析和大数据分析的定义出发,阐述了二者内涵的异同,探讨了开展情报分析服务的条件和意义,从建立情报分析队伍、制定服务规范和制度、出台科学的文献采购政策、关注学科研究方向、把握学科发展研究前沿、与企业合作提供社会服务6个方面,提出了情报分析服务的实施策略。This paper introduces the development stages and main contents of university library＇s subject service, and from the definitions of intelligence analysis and big data analysis, expounds both similarities and differences of the connotation of intelligence analysis and big data analysis, probes into the conditions and significance of developing the intelligence analysis service, and puts forward some strategies for implementing the intelligence analysis service from six aspects of establishing an intelligence analysis team, developing the service specification and system, introducing the scientific literature purchasing policy, paying attention to the subject research direction, grasping the subject development research frontier, and providing the social services through the cooperation with enterprise.
