渔民参加渔业非正式组织意愿的实证分析--以上海市崇明县为例

摘　　要：论文通过对渔业非正式组织形成的内在必然性进行阐述以及对渔民参加渔业非正式组织意愿及影响因素进行回归分析,来探究我国渔民参加渔业非正式组织真实现状,指出了推进渔业非正式组织成立和发展的必要性。实证结果表明,渔民学历越高越愿意参加渔业非正式组织;越倾向于大额高端销售渠道的渔民越愿意参加渔业非正式组织;机械化程度越高渔民越愿意参加渔业非正式组织。由此,论文建议:渔业非正式组织所提供的服务需要进一步完善,在渔民中需要更多普及;渔业非正式组织要不断强化拓宽销售渠道的作用;渔业非正式组织要积极为渔民寻求外部资金支持。By describing intrinsic necessity of informal fishery organizations and carrying out regression analysis of fishermen＇s willingness to participate in informal organizations and its effect factors, this paper discusses the actual situation of fishermen＇s participation in informal organization in China and points out the necessity to promote establishment and development of informal fishery organizations. Empirical results showed that the fishermen who were more highly educated, the fishermen who favored large high-end sales channels and the fishermen who conducted more mechanized operations preferred to participate in informal fishery organizations. Thus, this paper suggests that： the informal fishery organizations further improve their services and execute popularization among fishermen; the informal fishery organizations continuously strengthen the effect of expanding the sales channels and actively seek external funding for fishermen.
