深部热疗联合参芪扶正注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察  

Observation of Treatment Effects for Deep Hyperthermia Combined with Ginseng and Astragalus Righting Injection in Malignant Pleural Effusion Patients

摘　　要：目的:探讨深部热疗联合参芪扶正注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液患者的疗效。方法:选取2013年1月-2015年12月广州中医药大学附属新会中医院66例恶性胸腔积液患者,随机分为两组,每组33例。对照组给予洛铂胸腔灌注,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予深部热疗联合参芪扶正注射液静脉注射,比较两组患者的临床疗效及生活质量改善情况。结果:两组的疗效比较,治疗组的总有效率为81.8%,明显高于对照组的60.6%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Karnofsky评分比较是治疗组的总有效率为84.8%,显著高于对照组的60.6%(P<0.01)。结论:深部热疗联合参芪扶正注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液有较好的疗效,能提高患者的生存质量。Objective To probe into the treatment effects of deep hyperthermia combined with ginseng and astragalus righting injection for treatment of malignant pleural effusion patient. Methods The 66 cases patients of malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into the two groups and each group was 33 cases respectively. The control group was treated by the thoracic cavity injection of lobaplatin. The treatment group was treated by the deep hyperthermia and venous injection of ginseng and astragalus righting injection on the basis of control group. The clinical treatment effects and the improved conditions of life quality and were compared in patients of two groups. Results The total efficient rate of treatment group improved was 81.8% and was obviously higher than 60.6 % of control group in comparison of treatment effects in two groups （P〈0.05）. The total efficient rate of treatment group improved was 84.8 % and was apparently higher than 60.6 % of control group （P〈0.05） in comparison of Karnofsky score in two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The deep hypertherrnia combined with ginseng and astragalus righting injection in treatment of malignant pleural effusion patient has better treatment effect and can raise the life qualities of patients. This therapy is valuable in clinically to popularize and to apply.
