延续护理对青光眼患者临床效果和生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:对接受延续护理的青光眼患者的生存质量和临床效果进行分析和探讨。方法:选择2015年8月-2016年1月深圳市眼科医院确诊、收治的212例青光眼患者并随机分为对照组、观察组,每组106例,观察组患者采用常规护理加延续护理,对照组患者采用常规护理。结果:与对照组比较,观察组生存质量和临床效果以及满意度与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:延续护理能提高患者的生存质量,临床效果较好,使病人对疾病的了解有所加深,为疾病的治疗以及预防青光眼的复发具有重要意义,对医护人员提高护理水平,进而改善患者的生存质量有较好的临床指导意义。Objective To explore the effects of nursing on the continuation of clinical effect and life quality of patients with glaucoma. Methods Two hundred and twelve cases of patients with glaucoma,divided into study group and control group,each group hasone hundred and six cases.The routine nursing care was given in control group,patients in study group were added with continuity nursing intervention program,and then the two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect and quality of life for comparison and analysis. Results Compared with control group,the incidence of glaucoma patients in study group and blinding rate decreased,good-sleep rates and self-care ability ratio increased significantly, the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The improvement of nursing has a great significance to enhance the clinical effect of glaucoma patients and their lifequality, which is suitable for further clinical application and promotion.
