肇东市区域水资源状况及其开发利用分析

摘　　要：为贯彻落实最严格水资源管理制度,规范东北四省区"节水增粮行动"项目水资源论证工作,肇东市被列入《黑龙江省"节水增量行动"实施方案》中。文章以肇东市为分析范围,并主要以2001—2015年间基本现状为依据,对区域水资源状况及其开发利用情况进行分析,以利对用水水源的选取、利用提供技术支撑。In order to carry out the most strict management system of water resources and regulate the water resources demonstration work of ＂water saving and grain increase action ＂of four provinces in northeastern China,Zhaodong City was listed into ＂Heilongjiang Provincial Water Saving and Grain Increase Implementing Scheme＂. This paper takes Zhaodong City as the analyzed scope and the basic situation from 2001 to 2015 as the accordance to analyze the regional water resources status and its development and utilization,so as to provide the technological support for water source selection and uses.
