地方政府执行力提升策略探析

摘　　要：以我国公众办证难为例,分析地方政府执行力中的行政主体意识、利益配置的非均衡性、行政执行中各个环节的脱节导致的行政过程配置的低效三个方面因素,并从清单制度、全面依法治国和建立统一的国家意识形态三个方面提出了提升地方政府执行力的应对之策。Taking public difficulty in registration for example,this paper analyses three factors for poor efficiency of the local governments＇ execution in terms of administrative subject awareness,unbalance in interest distribution and divorce between each link of administrative execution and puts forward countermeasures for improving local governments ＇ execution in terms of listing system,governing country by law in an all-round way and building the unified state metaphysics.
