摘　　要：我国建筑市场诚信体系建设既是市场经济建设的需要,也是提高国家治理能力的需要。与发达国家相比,我国建筑市场诚信体系建设起步较晚,还存在信用缺失现象普遍、信息库建设严重滞后、信用评价体系不科学等问题。针对存在的问题,应当逐步建立健全信用法律法规体系,构建建筑市场诚信监管平台,开展建筑市场信用考核评价,完善信用奖惩机制,以营造诚信体系建设的良好环境。The credit system construction of our country＇s construction market is the need of market economy construction,and is also the need of promoting the national governance ability.Compared with developed countries,our country＇s construction market credit system construction starts relatively late and has problems such as general lack of credit phenomena,seriously hysteretic information database construction,unscientific credit evaluation system,etc.Aiming at existing problems,we should establish and improve credit laws and regulations system step by step,construct construction market credit supervision platform,carry out construction market credit evaluation and improve credit reward and punishment mechanism to build a good environment of credit system construction.
