摘　　要：目的:探讨3.0 T磁共振冠状T2WI IDEAL序列对节后臂丛神经病变的诊断应用价值。方法:对20例可疑臂丛神经病变患者应用冠状T2WI IDEAL序列进行节后臂丛神经检查,并对全部图像进行重组、分析。结果:20例中,神经损伤11例,神经纤维瘤1例,神经鞘瘤1例,肋骨纤维异常增殖症1例,颈肩部淋巴管瘤1例,胸廓出口综合征2例,放疗后改变1例,节后臂丛神经未见明显异常者2例。结论:冠状T2WI IDEAL技术可清晰、准确、客观地显示节后臂丛神经及病变,为临床正确诊断和合理治疗提供重要参考依据。Objective To explore the 3.0T MRI coronal T2 WI IDEAL sequence application value in diagnosis of brachial plexus neuropathy.Methods Twenty patients who had suspected brachial plexus neuropathy were undergone coronal T2 WI IDEAL sequences scanning. All images were reformatted and analyzed.Results In the 20 cases with T2 WI IDEAL sequence, there were 11 cases of brachial plexus injury, 3 cases of neurofibromatosis, 1 case of schwannoma, 1 case of fibrous dysplasia,1 case of cervical lymphangioma, 2 cases of thoracic outlet syndrome,1 case of post radiotherapy deformation and 2 cases of no obvious anomalies brachial plexus.Conclusion The sequence of coronal T2 WI IDEAL can provide clear, accurate and objective images in displaying brachial plexus neuropathy, and can provide important reference information for clinicians.
