左卡尼汀联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察左卡尼汀联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:60例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为厄贝沙坦组(对照组,30例)和左卡尼汀联合厄贝沙坦组(实验组,30例)。对照组患者给予厄贝沙坦(150 mg,1次/d);实验组患者给予左卡尼汀(2.0 g静注,1次/d)联合厄贝沙坦(150 mg,1次/d),分3个疗程共治疗9周。结果:9周治疗后两组患者血压、血糖、血脂及肾功能指标均下降(P<0.05);实验组血糖、血脂及肾功能下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:左卡尼汀联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病可改善血压、血糖、血脂和肾功能,有一定的治疗效果。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of combined levocarnitine with irbesartan for treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Sixty patients with diabetic nephropathy were equally randomized into control group and experimental group. The control group were treated by simple irbesartan（ daily dose 150 mg）,whereas the experimental group by levocarnitine（ intravenous dose of 2.0 g,once a day） plus irbesartan（ once a day in dose of 150mg）. The medication consisted of three courses in 9 weeks.Results： Decreased blood pressure,levels of plasma glucose and blood fat,and kidney function index were observed in two groups after 9 weeks of treatment,yet the decrease of the blood sugar and blood fat levels as well as kidney function index was significant in the experimental group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Combined levocarnitine with irbesartan may better improve the blood pressures,levels of plasma glucose and blood fat as well as kidney function for patients with diabetic nephropathy.
