摘  要:简要介绍了接触焊与感应焊的原理,比较了二者的优缺点;在分析单焊脚接触焊缺陷的基础上,介绍了高频焊管双焊脚接触焊,主要包括电极材质的选取、双电极接触模式安装系统和冷却系统的开发、带钢边缘清扫装置的开发。实际应用结果表明:铬锆铜适宜被选做双焊脚接触焊电极;使用双焊脚接触焊没有产生打火现象,焊接质量稳定;焊缝质量均满足API Spec 5L—2012标准要求。Briefed in the paper are the basic principles of contact welding and induction welding, and compared are their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the analysis of defects shown in single-tip contact welding, the techonology of double-tip contact welding for HFW pipe is introduced, concerning the selection of electrode material, the development of double-electrode contact mode installing system and cooling system, and the development of the strip steel edge descaling device. The practical application results indicate that CuCrZr is a suitable material for making electrodes for double-tip contact welding. When double-tip contact welding is being applied, no spark occurs and the welding quality is stable with the weld quality in compliance with API Spec 5L- 2012 specification.
