摘　　要：冠心病是临床常见的心血管疾病之一,近年来在我国的发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势,引起了人们的广泛关注。中医药在冠心病的治疗上有较好的效果,已被诸多研究证实。冠心丹参方是临床治疗冠心病的常用中药复方,由丹参、三七和降香油组成,具有活血化瘀、理气止痛的功效。该文对冠心丹参方及其有效成分治疗冠心病的药理作用及作用机制进行了综述,以期为冠心丹参方的基础研究和临床应用提供参考。Coronary artery heart disease（ CHD） is one of the common cardiovascular diseases in clinical. The morbidity and mortality of CHD recently continue increasing in our country,which has aroused wide attention. Many studies confirm that traditional Chinese medicine has better therapeutic effect on CHD. Guanxin Danshen formula,widely used in the treatment of CHD,consists of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma and volatile oil from Dalbergiae Odoriferae Lignum,and has the efficacy in promoting blood circulation to resolve stasis,regulating the circulation of Qi and alleviating pain. This review summarized the pharmacologic effects and mechanism of Guanxin Danshen formula and its effective components in the treatment of CHD to provide reference for its fundamental research and clinical application.
