摘 要:油脂酵母是一类有广阔应用前景的产油微生物,在应用过程中,其可分解有机废水中的COD,大量合成可用于生产生物柴油的微生物油脂,实现废水资源化再利用的目的。但油脂酵母实际应用过程中存在菌体分离回收困难的现状,因此寻找合适的回收方法尤为重要。本文概述了目前油脂酵母分离回收的不同方法,通过比较不同方法的优缺点,分析了其工业应用的可行性,并着重阐述了在该领域有重要应用前景的微生物絮凝剂的分类、特点及作用机理。Oil yeast is a kind of oil producing microbe which has broad application prospects, in the application process, the COD in organic wastewater can be decomposed, microbial oils and fats which can be used in the production of biodiesel, to realize the reuse of waste water resources. However, the present situation of the diffi- culty of cell separation and recovery in the practical application of oils and fats yeast, so it is very important to find a suitable recovery method. In this paper, the different methods of separation and recovery of oils and fats are summarized in this paper, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, the feasibil- ity of its industrial application is analyzed, the classification, characteristics and mechanism of the microbial floeeulant which has important application prospects in this field are discussed in this paper.
