摘　　要：汽车工业飞速发展的同时也给我们带来了巨大的环境压力,国家先后出台了一系列的法规与政策,鼓励汽车使用易于回收再利用的环保新材料,并提出了具体的管理要求来约束汽车产业。文章着重研究了我国目前的实际情况,并从材料的选择、回收设计要求、回收计算等方面进行详细分析,以便企业建立一套完整的正向设计流程,确保汽车产品减少环境污染的同时满足回收相关要求。The rapid development of the auto industry has also given us tremendous pressure on the environment, the state has promulgated a series of regulations and policies to encourage the cars use easy recycling and reuse of environmental protection new materials, and put forward the concrete management request to restrict the automobile industry. This paper focuses on the present situation in China, analyzed in detail from the choice of materials, recycling design, recycling calculation, so that the enterprises should establish a complete set of forward design process, ensure the automotive products to reduce environmental pollution at the same time to meet the relevant requirements of recycling policy.
