摘　　要：目的 :为探讨放宽急性心肌梗死溶栓指征对疗效及安全性的影响。方法 :将我院 1998～ 2 0 0 0年CCU病房的AMI患者溶栓范围放宽到据发病时间至 12h ,病人年龄不限。结果 :溶栓范围由 48例扩大到 72例 ,溶栓组血管再通率、病死率及心血管事件的发生率均明显低于不溶栓组。结论 :放宽溶栓范围可使更多的病人受益 。Objective To study the influence of enlarging the indications of intravenous thrombolytic therapy (ITT) for acute myocardial infarction (AMI) on its therapeutic effect and safety. Methods Seventy-two patients with AMI received ITT 12 hours after onset regardless of patients' age in CCU from 1998 to 2000.Results The number receiving ITT was increased from 48 to 72.The coronary artery reopening rate in ITT group was much higher than the non-ITT group.The mortality and the incidence of cardiovascular event were obviously lower in the former than those in the latter.Conclusion Being a safe and effective treatment to enlarge the indications of ITT would benefit more patients with AMI.
