摘　　要：炉压的稳定控制是加热炉安全生产的必要保证。蓄热式加热炉由于其工艺特性,炉压控制一直是个难点。针对双蓄热式加热炉炉压波动特性,在分析集中换向和分散换向对炉压波动的不同影响后,提出一种基于动态修正的炉压控制策略,较好地改善了换向控制对炉压波动的影响。Stability of the inner pressure is a key factor for furnace safety producing. Because of the special characteristics of the re- generative reheating furnace, the pressure control is a complex problem. Based on the analysis for pressure trend and the different affection for pressure between distributed changing-direction control and focus changing-direction control, the author proposed a new pressure control method based on dynamic correcting. Experimental result proved its effectiveness.
