摘　　要：1945年8月至1946年10月,晋察冀边区首府张家口通过迁入、改造、合并和新建等方式共开办与创建了6所主要高等学校,为中国革命和建设培养了大批干部和高等人才,成就了张家口"文化城"的美誉,积累了在城市稳定、正规化办学的宝贵经验,使张家口成为中国共产党在省会大城市尝试正规化开办高等教育的试验田。From August 1945 to October 1946,Zhangjiakou acts as the capital of the Shanxi-ChahaerHebei border region,and through move-in,transformation,merging and new establishment,six major institutions of higher learning are set up.This helps with the education of revolutionary intellectuals in the cultural Zhangjiakou city.By the same token,Zhangjiakou becomes an experimental field for CPC in opening up a large scale of higher education in the provincial level of cities.
