摘　　要：针对传统翻车机打滑,驱动部份安装、调试、维护不便等问题,采用销齿强迫传动代替摩擦传动;并从结构设计、主要参数确定、生产制造、工艺等方面进行了全面阐述,解决了传统翻车机存在的缺陷。In view of the tradistional car dumper driving part of skidding,installation,commissioning, maintenance is inconvenient,by forcing pin gear transmission instead of friction drive ,and from the struction design,man ufactruing,main parameters,technology and other aspects of a comprebensive exposition, solred the defects of traditional car dumper.
