摘　　要：降低库存是企业的第三利润源泉,所有企业对库存控制普遍给予高度的重视。合理控制库存,使之在尽可能降低运营资金的同时,保证满足客户的需求。在此过程中设置合理的库存目标,是很多汽车零配件供应商关注的重点。基于定量库存模型,提出一种库存天数的模型,并对此模型进行了探讨和研究,以此来设立合理的库存目标。Cutting inventory is the third profit source for enterprises, nearly all enterprises give high priority to inventory control. Reasonable control of the inventory makes it possible to reduce working capital while ensuring customer satisfaction. A rational inventory objective in this process is the keystone concerned by many automotive suppliers. Consequently, a quantitative inventory model indicating the number of inventory days was proposed and the rational inventory objective might be set via exploratory investigation and examination of the model.
