中国城乡产业一体化发展水平测度及其影响

摘　　要：城乡产业一体化发展是统筹城乡发展和推进城乡一体化的关键环节,也是适应城乡产业融合趋势的内在要求。从城乡产业一体化的状态、城乡产业一体化的动力和城乡产业一体化的保障等层面选取28个指标,设计出城乡产业一体化发展的综合评价指标体系,对中国各区域城乡产业一体化发展进行水平测度,得出我国城乡产业一体化发展水平的空间分布状况,在此基础上进一步分析城镇化进程对城乡产业一体化发展水平的影响。结果发现,中国城乡产业一体化水平由高到低的区域空间分布态势基本与区域经济发展态势、市场化发展程度态势具有一致性;城镇化发展水平并不能完全代表城乡产业一体化发展水平,但它是影响城乡产业一体化实现的重要因子。The integration development of urban and rural industries is the key stage ot promoting overall urban and rural integration development and the immanent demand of adapting to the trend of urban and ru- ral industry integration. The paper explains the scientific connotation of the integration of urban and rural in- dustries. According to its connotation and features, this paper selects 28 indicators and designs a compre- hensive evaluation index system to measure the integration development of urban and rural industries in Chi- na. The results show that the integration of urban and rural industries with the state of regional distribution from high to low is basically in accordance with the situation of regional economic development and the de- gree of market development trend; urbanization level can not fully represent the integration development of urban and rural industries, and urbanization level becomes an important factor affecting the integration reali- zation of urban and rural industries.
