摘 要:特高压直流输电线路因其铁塔高,导线粗,绝缘子金具串长、串重等固有的特点,在小耐张段导线弧垂控制中不能再依据传统的施工经验,忽略绝缘子金具串对弧垂的影响。根据一端联有绝缘子金具串的弧垂计算理论,考虑耐张塔转角对内外侧导线挂线点距离的影响,精确分析了小耐张段下绝缘子金具串对弧垂的影响,并结合工程实例进行验证。在特高压直流线路弧垂测控中考虑绝缘子金具串重量和转角塔内外侧线档挂线点距离不同的影响,并在施工操作中严加控制,可以使杆塔受力更加合理,提高线路运行安全系数。UHV DC transmission line project had the inherent characteristics of high tower,thick wire,long and heavy insulators and fittings string,etc. The influence of the insulators and fittings string's weight to the sag could not be ignored in relatively short segment according to the traditional construction experience. Based on the sag's computational theory by linking the insulator and fittings strings,the influence of the angle of the tower on the distance between the inner and outer conductor line hanging points,the relationship of the insulators and fittings string's weight to the sag were analyzed precisely. This theory was verified through specific engineering examples. Considering the impact of the insulators and fittings string's weight and the hanging point distance in the outer and inner side of the tension tower in UHV DC transmission line,controlling operation strictly in execution,it could make the power tower stress reasonable,and it could improve safety factor of transmission line operation.
