摘　　要：以习主席关于军队人才建设的系列重要讲话为出发点,站在我国古代传统"六艺"教育的视角,对我军校学员素质培养存在的诸多问题进行反思,以期为推进军校学员素质的培养提供启示.This paper has,based on the Address on Army Personnel Construction by President Xi Jinping and from the perspective of traditional Chinese Six Arts,analyzed the existing problems in military college students＇ quality cultivation with a purpose to promote the cultivation of army personnel.
