摘　　要：文章以"海上货物运输"为例,讨论了在海船船员培训中,其考试纲要、教材和习题集对培训的重要意义,提出在考试纲要的更新、教材和题库的建设中应坚持的基本原则,并结合教学实践,提出加强三者建设的建议与意见。According to the ＂carriage of goods＂ as an example, discussed in the ship crew training, the examination outline, teaching materials and important questions of training, proposed in the outline of the update, construction materials and questions should adhere to the basic principles and teaching practice, put forward the suggestions to strengthen the construction and on the three.
